These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Fly with Ananta (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its customers (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) for all travel and aviation-related services offered. By booking a tour or charter service with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.
1. CONTRACT FORMATION
A legally binding contract is established between Fly with Ananta and the Client upon confirmation of booking and receipt of payment. This Agreement safeguards booking details and ensures confidentiality. The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
No employee, agent, or representative of the Company has the authority to modify or waive any provision of this Agreement unless expressly approved in writing by the Company’s authorized representative.
All promotional offers, discounts, or special privileges are valid only when provided in writing by the Company.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Deposits and Confirmation
To confirm a booking, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. Some aviation services may require a higher upfront payment due to operational costs. The deposit amount will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Deadlines
The full balance must be cleared no later than seven (7) days before departure unless stated otherwise. Failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges will apply.
3. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND MODIFICATIONS
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel their bookings by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation charges will apply as per the following structure:
- More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund (subject to supplier policies)
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days and are subject to deductions for administrative and third-party fees.
3.2 Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or charter due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, Clients may choose an alternative service or receive a full refund.
3.3 Modifications to Bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Last-minute modifications (less than 10 days before departure) may not be accommodated.

4. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Travel Risks
Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, and loss of personal belongings. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip.
4.2 Third-Party Services
We engage third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators). The Company is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of these providers. Any disputes must be settled directly with the provider.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients must possess valid passports, visas, and health documents and comply with immigration regulations. The Company is not responsible for the denial of entry or any related losses.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions or travel bans
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel trips without liability. Refunds or credits may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
6. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1 Filing a Complaint
Clients must notify the Company of any complaints immediately via email at charters@anantaaviation.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of [jurisdiction], in accordance with the governing laws of [country/state].
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, promotional materials, and tour descriptions are the property of Fly with Ananta and cannot be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles and enclosed spaces during the tour. Clients who violate this policy may be removed from the service without a refund.
8.2 Privacy Policy
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent except as required by law.
8.3 Accuracy of Information & Updates
We strive to provide accurate information across our website, brochures, and itineraries. However, minor discrepancies may occur due to operational adjustments. The Company reserves the right to update or modify details without prior notice.
8.4 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms before making a booking.
By booking a service with Fly with Ananta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
